Methodology

·        Forming the group:
Seeing as the group was composed of friends of whom whose bond started from the first stages of their high school life, this step was fairly easy. The members of the group were without question since we already knew about each other’s strengths and limits. We were confident in each other’s abilities and knew exactly where to whom.

·        Brainstorming and choosing a topic:
A sill step in the process because our minds were mostly focus on what was happening outside, we forgot all about the interesting topics we could get just within our province. It was actually a book from one of our members that brought us back to our own province, Bukidnon. The small pocket book showed us the beauty and majesty of our province that it became our “bible” in making the project. Through vigorous discussion we summed up all our ideas that we should follow the book but edit it by adding our own ideas and opinions.

·        Research and data gathering:
A small pocket book entitled “Keepers of Dreams” became our main source for data. We found so much information concerning our province that never knew even existed. Because of this, we found a new shared interest that we needed to share to the rest of the world. Various stories and folk lore enticed our minds and opened up new possibilities as to how we could advertise our Bukidnon. And thus, with our added ideas, we stayed true to the data gathered from the “Keepers of Dreams”.

·        Planning:
As with any efficient group we developed a plan that would allow us to finish the project quickly but with quality. We decided to separate our members putting them were they felt comfortable and where we knew their skills would shine. We set reasonable deadlines and provided the required materials for the said project.

·        Making/Editing of videos:
To our intelligent leader, this task was mainly shouldered by his shoulders but with his members there to aid him. We did not actually “edit” videos, by far; we made them using our innovative and creative minds. Scanning the book, we found multiple stories concerning the “Keepers” that we just couldn’t pass them up. We stayed true to the stories and based our videos from there.

·        Production of the blog site:
A sense of relief showered upon our group when we entered this final stage. All of the documents, videos, and pictures were done and only the blog site remained. But there was no difference in our determination to finish the project. We did not slacked, but rather we worked even faster and harder knowing that satisfaction was merely a few hours away. The whole team decided to take up on this task. Ideas bouncing around, opinions being rejected or respected, agreements and disagreements, and everything else in between. The blog came out fantastically and we were proud of it since it depicted the true essence of the stories, Bukidnon, and more importantly the book’s message concerning the “Keepers” of the ancient world.
